REGISTRATION FEE
Students and Researchers from Laboratories: 350€
This registration applies to students and researchers affiliated with public universities or public research laboratories. It includes full access to the meeting sessions, coffee breaks, social dinner, technical visit, and networking activities.
Private Sector Participants: 700€
This registration applies to participants from private companies and industry. It includes full access for one person to the meeting sessions, coffee breaks, social dinner, technical visit, and networking activities.
ON-LINE PARTICIPATION: 200 €
This registration grants remote access to the meeting sessions via online streaming. It is suitable for participants who are unable to attend in person and includes access to live presentations and discussions.
Please note that this rate corresponds to the early-bird registration fee. Registrations completed after February 16th will be subject to an additional fee of €50.
Reimbursement if canceled before Feb 16th : 50% refund.
No reimbursement will be made for cancellation after February 16th.
