2nd International Small Wind Association of Testers (SWAT) 2013 Conference

 

CEDER-CIEMAT is pleased to host the annual 2013 SWAT conference - the 2nd International SWAT meeting to take place since the conference's inception.

For the second  time, global leaders will gather to discuss how testing and certification of small wind turbines is impacting the industry and what trends and challenges are facing testers, certifiers, manufacturers, installers, investors, governments and other key stakeholders within the small wind industry.
