Management Team Meeting Final Agenda
Further to the General Assembly, the Management Team meeting will take place, in which each WP leader will summarize the General Assembly discussions related to his/her respective WP and the initial arrangements to fulfill the deliverables and milestones plan of the first year of the Project.
Goals:
- to summarize the work plan for the first year
- to prioritize the initial actions
- to review any issue in the implementation of the project
